JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze existing applications to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build codes, test and debug .NET applications.
• Support the team and overcome technical challenges.
• Experience working in support projects with onsite-offshore model
• Should be proactive and have good communication skills.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Proactively apply new knowledge to enhance the development process.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address application performance bottlenecks, optimizing for speed and efficiency.
• Database Design and Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize database structures for optimal performance and data integrity.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Diagnose and resolve software defects and issues, collaborating with QA and other teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Software Development: Design, code, test, and debug software applications utilizing the .NET framework, C#, and related technologies.
• Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software architecture, ensuring scalability, modularity, and maintainability.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level: (Minimum) Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
Relevant Experience Requirements: 4 years and above

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ and identity.
• Solid understanding of database design and development using SQL Server or other relational database management systems.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
