Job Scope:


  • Handle all administrative duties such as procurement, arranging for courier, mail collection, scanning, archiving and filing of documents
  • Handle bills and payment function such as processing of vendors’ invoices and payment, consumables and staff claims etc
  • Handle receipts and credit control such as sending reminders and statement of accounts for outstanding balances
  • Maintain monthly petty cash and bank reconciliation
  • Manage payroll processing
  • Office IT Support and troubleshooting
  • Other ad hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Min Higher Nitec/A-level/Poly graduate
  • Basic accounting knowledge will be added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to start work as soon as possible
  • Dress code: Formal

Qualities:

  • Willing to learn
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills and able to work in team/autonomously
  • Able to multi-task and work efficiently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required
