You will manage and lead SmartCursors and other digital transformation projects.

The Technology Solutions & Advisory Manager is required to plan project requirements and training with small and medium accounting practices (SMPs) and SMEs and manage the project through the entire project lifecycle (including business development, marketing, software demo, onboarding and after sales services). This includes managing project schedules, identify & handle issues, clearly communicating them to project stakeholders and provide support to project stakeholders in accordance with the service level agreement.


  • Involve in the business development and marketing of Office 365, Cloud migrations, SmartCursors and other cloud applications
  • Arrange and conduct software demo of SmartCursors and other cloud applications
  • Plan and lead the implementation and training of SmartCursors and other cloud applications
  • Manage and execute the projects based on the project plan to meet identified business needs, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality
  • Maintain prompt communication and timely reports to business stakeholders on project status while monitoring project progress on issues such as quality, costs, planning and resources
  • Work closely with the Singapore team, information technology back office team and business partners to ensure the smooth implementation of projects and on-going supports to stakeholders
  • Ensure billing for projects are raised and sent out promptly
  • Other in-house or clients’ projects as assigned


  • At least 5 years' work experience in a small and medium-sized firms
  • Understand the operations and compliance services offered in an accounting firm
  • Have keen interests to learn Microsoft 365 and cloud ERP applications
  • Possess strong interpersonal, project management, business analysis and communication skills
  • Positive work attitudes and willingness to learn
  • Able to multi-task, work independently and in a team
  • Previous experience in a management consulting will be highly advantageous

We will consider PMETs with relevant work experiences in the accountancy sector who is keen to undergo skills conversion and move into Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector.
