We are looking for a qualified Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service and pre & Post-sales support. 

The Support Executive will be responsible for standardized level of service is maintained for all customers, demos to new customers, client onboarding and training.

An outstanding support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.

JOB SCOPE

  • Installing, configuring and Monitoring apps.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Troubleshooting issues through support system
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time.
  • Providing technical support/demos across the users
  • Client Onboarding and training
  • Testing new release updates

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in computer science or information technology, accounting and finance or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a company' s products and services
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and clients efficiently
  • Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or services
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.         
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM, HR, Accounting systems is a plus
