Handle all administrative duties for the Customer Relationship & Services Team such as filing, data entry
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence for the team
Assist the team in extracting data for monthly reporting
Support the team in managing of engagement contracts and client due diligence documents
Assist the team in handling client queries
Requirements:
Min Higher Nitec/ A- Level
Entry Level Graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to start work as soon as possible
Dress code: Formal
Qualities:
Willing to learn
Possesses good interpersonal skills and able to work in team
Able to multi-task and work efficiently
Excellent communication and organizational skills required
